About the program

This program has been thoughtfully designed to provide participants with the necessary tools and support to achieve their mental health and well-being goals.

This program is an evidence-based, peer-to-peer mental well-being program developed by Grow Australia. This program is for all minds to grow. The main aim of this program is to promote mental well-being and resilience by empowering individuals to achieve positive changes in their lives.

What You Learn In 10 Sessions

  • Session 2: Personal Value
  • Session 3: We all have Problems
  • Session 4: Let's learn how to deal with a problem
  • Session 5: We all need to be safe
  • Session 6: I accept myself and others
  • Session 7: Our feelings may mislead us, but the facts will guide us
  • Session 8: Healthy Friendships and Relationships
  • Session 9: Anger and How it affects me
  • Session 10: We are all making progress

The program will run for ten weeks, with sessions held for one hour once a week. We have ONLY 8 SPOTS available. These five participants will be chosen on a first-come, first-serve basis!
