Mental Health & Well Being Program With Grow Australia (Sep Session)
Purple Support, in collaboration with Grow Australia, is excited to present a 10-week “Mental Health & Wellbeing Program” exclusively for NDIS participants. This program has been thoughtfully designed to provide participants with the necessary tools and support to achieve their mental health and well-being goals.

This program has been thoughtfully designed to provide participants with the necessary tools and support to achieve their mental health and well-being goals.
This program is an evidence-based, peer-to-peer mental well-being program developed by Grow Australia. This program is for all minds to grow. The main aim of this program is to promote mental well-being and resilience by empowering individuals to achieve positive changes in their lives.
Key dates to note:
The program is set to begin on Tuesday, 5th September 2023, at 10:30 AM. It will continue every Tuesday at the same time for the next 10 sessions.
The program will be delivered by Grow Australia at 36 Coonawarra Road, Winnellie NT – FundFinder Hub
NOTE: Pens, pads, and morning tea will be provided

- Session 2: Personal Value
- Session 3: We all have Problems
- Session 4: Let's learn how to deal with a problem
- Session 5: We all need to be safe
- Session 6: I accept myself and others
- Session 7: Our feelings may mislead us, but the facts will guide us
- Session 8: Healthy Friendships and Relationships
- Session 9: Anger and How it affects me
- Session 10: We are all making progress
The program will run for ten weeks, with sessions held for one hour once a week. We have ONLY 8 SPOTS available. These five participants will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis!

Fees
Option 1: Including pick up and drop off - $1,243.40
Option 2: Session-only - $621.70
Note: Self-manage, plan-manage, and agency-manage options are available for payment.
